professional practice and Christian Conduct.

Avoid even the appearance of any illegal
offense or professional misconduct.

Effectively disclose any conflict of
interest; such disclosure shall not preclude or imply ethical impropriety.

Utilize funds, by whatever means received,
in accordance with donors' intentions.

Adhere to the principle that all donor and
prospect information created by, or on behalf of, another member organization shall not be
transferred or utilized except on behalf of ACCD.

Refrain from disclosing privilege
information to unauthorized parties and shall keep constituent information
confidential.

Take care to ensure all solicitation
materials are accurate and correctly reflect ACCD's mission and use of solicited funds.

Practice proper stewardship of funds
received, including timely reports on the use and management of funds and obtain the
explicit consent from donors of grantors prior to altering the conditions of any gift or
grant.

Present all financial disclosure accurately
and in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures.

Maintain a Christ-centered approach and
exhibit the highest standard of credibility in and dealings, transactions and
presentations involving the mission and business of ACCD.
